We also offer invisible V-light and bonding methods as a supplement. We only use high-quality human hair from the Caucasian region and can also process hair brought in on request.

Questions and answers

Do extensions damage your own hair?

If you have the extensions fitted and removed by an experienced hairdresser or professional in the field of hair extensions after the strands have grown out, as well as taking proper care of the hair, there is no risk to your own hair.

How are the extensions attached? How long can I wear the extensions?

Bonding method:

Extensions are attached to your own hair using heat tongs. This does not damage your own hair. With this method, the extensions last up to 6 months.

Tape method:

The hair is inserted with adhesive strips. Here too, there is no risk to your own hair. With this method, the extensions last up to 8 weeks.

Risks & side effects:

Extensions fall out:

This can be caused by extremely straight hair, the effect of heat on the keratin bonds, an oily scalp or incorrect care products. In extreme cases, contact your stylist.

The hair looks dry:

Like natural hair, human hair can be prone to dryness and split ends. Read the "Care" section and follow the care tips.

Knot the hair:

This happens if the care is not right. Brush the hair regularly with a special extension brush and always blow-dry the hair after washing.

The hair becomes matted:

This can be caused by incorrect care or heavily stressed hair (chemical treatments). Use intensive care treatments and hair tip fluid.

Itching:

Hair extensions can cause itching at first. Use a mild shampoo and avoid dandruff shampoo.

Headache:

Initial headaches are normal and will disappear as soon as your scalp gets used to the extra weight.

Extensions come loose:

This can be caused by chemical treatments or incorrect care. In extreme cases, contact your stylist.

Keratin bonding is soft and sticky:

Prolonged wear when wet or excessive sweating can make the keratin brittle.

What should I consider before inserting?

Regardless of whether you opt for bonding or tape extensions, your own hair should be washed thoroughly with deep cleansing shampoo before insertion. If the hair has not been thoroughly cleaned and there is still residue from styling products on your hair, for example, the keratin or adhesive will not be able to bond with your own hair. This can cause the extensions to slip down.

Is there a guarantee on hair extensions and hair thickening?

Bonding:

1 month guarantee on strands that have fallen out.

Tape:

3 week guarantee on failed tapes.

What happens if I am unable to keep my appointment?

If If you are unable to keep the appointment you have made with us, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits paid in advance will not be refunded if an appointment is cancelled without at least 24 hours' notice. We also reserve the right to charge the full price of the pre-planned service if the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If you are delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. In the event of delays that exceed a time frame of 30 minutes, there is a possibility that we will no longer be able to provide the planned service due to a possible delay in other planned appointments. Therefore, in the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes, the service will only be provided by prior arrangement. If the service can no longer be provided due to the delay, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the pre-planned service.

What happens if I cannot pay the invoice?

If you do not pay the invoice, we reserve the right to inform the police and press charges. In the interest of both parties to avoid this, we ask you to take a look at our price list before making an appointment. We will be happy to provide you with information about the price range when you make an appointment and discuss the desired service.

Dear customers,

It is very important to us that you feel comfortable with us and are satisfied with our service. In order to create a pleasant and respectful atmosphere, we ask you to observe the following points:

1. Communication:

We are available for your enquiries Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 or on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. We will only answer messages outside these times on the next working day.

Please ensure that you use a respectful tone. We will treat you with kindness and expect the same in return.

2. Problems or complaints:

If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us directly. We are always ready to find a solution and process your request professionally.

Please provide a clear and factual description of the problem so that we can help you quickly.

3. Improvements:

For hair extensions or other treatments, we naturally offer touch-ups if something is not as desired. Please make an appointment so that we can take enough time for you.

4. Respectful cooperation:

Insults, disrespectful language or inappropriate behaviour have no place with us. Should this occur, we reserve the right to cancel the contact or to offer no further service.

Accompanying persons

Dear customers,

Please understand that in our salon no accompanying persons or children are permitted. Only babies who cannot yet be without their mother for the duration of the service are permitted. However, it should be noted that the service may take longer as a result.

We do not have a separate waiting area and work with hot equipment and therefore cannot allow accompanying persons and children for reasons of space and safety.
In addition, many other customers want a discreet atmosphere and do not like to be seen without extensions, which we respect. Even if you are the only customer at the time, out of fairness to other customers we can make no exception. We therefore ask you to attend appointments alone so that everyone feels comfortable with us and we can do our work carefully.
We also ask you to do not bring dogs or other animals.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, e.g. due to childcare problems, please let us know as soon as possible. For appointments that cannot be be cancelled at least 24 hours in advancewe reserve the right to invoice the full amount of the planned service.

Important information on complaints and liability

We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our work. To avoid misunderstandings, we would like to clarify the following points:

✅ Our guarantee includes:
Bonding method: Guarantee that strands will not fall out before 4 weeks if cared for correctly.
Tape method: Guarantee of 3 weeks against individual tapes falling out (if handled properly).
The human hair quality: The extensions do not become matted after 2-3 washes and retain their original structure and suppleness with the right care.

❌ What is not covered by the warranty:
tangles, loops or knots, as these can be caused by incorrect care, unsuitable products, friction when sleeping or external influences.
Discolouration of the hair due to external influences such as UV radiation, chlorine, seawater, sun, heat styling, unsuitable shampoos, home remedies or bleaching. These effects occur outside the salon and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Scalp irritation or itching, as these vary from person to person.
Hair loss, hair breakage or damage to your own hair if care instructions are not followed or check-up appointments are skipped.
Lice infestation or other hygiene problems that occur after the appointment.
Colour changes by dyeing or tinting outside our studio.

Terms of complaint:
Complaints are only possible within 4 weeks after the appointment possible (3 weeks for tape)
A complaint is only valid if it can be checked by us on site.
The customer has the right to rectification twice, provided that the extensions have not been removed, cut or altered by third parties.
As soon as other hairdressers or third parties have made changes to the work, all warranty claims are void.

We ask you to contact us immediately if you have any problems before taking any measures yourself or instructing other hairdressers. This is the only way we can offer a fair and professional solution.
