Return shipment

You have the option of returning unwanted products within 14 days without any complications. Please note that items with hygiene seals can only be returned if they are undamaged. However, you can take the products out of the packaging to touch them and check the quality or colour shade. However, when returning items, do not cut any connection points, dye hair or otherwise handle or damage the items.

Exchange

If you would like an exchange, simply send the item back as a normal return and order the desired replacement product again in our online shop. Please note that customised products cannot be exchanged.

Return procedure

Unfortunately, you must bear the costs for the return yourself. We cannot accept carriage forward consignments. To notify us of the return, please send us an e-mail.Mail on info@haartick-extensions.de.

Processing time and refund

We endeavour to process your return within one week of receipt, and this is often faster. The refund of the purchase price will be made via the payment method you used when placing the order immediately after processing.

Shipping information

Orders received by 3 pm on working days are usually dispatched on the same day as a DHL parcel.
